25/02/10 - We are sad to announce that Jennifer Rees Larcombe is unable to lead our Quiet days in March

Millie, Jennifer Rees Larcombe’s granddaughter in Vancouver, who was a vibrant, fit girl has recently been dangerously ill and has, just now, become paralysed. Jennifer sends her deep heartfelt apology to us all as she feels she must remain with her family in Canada sorrowing with and supporting them at this very painful time. this sadly means that she will be unable to lead our Quiet Days as originally planned.

She was looking forward to being with us so much and has asked us to invite her to help us on our quiet days at another time - We will

10/02/10: Sold Out! The March Quiet Days with Jennifer Rees Larcombe have been sold out.

This therefore means that we are unable to accept any more bookings / enquiries for these days. We would like to say sorry to all those who would like to have come but are unable to do so due to lack of availability

08/01/10 - Dalesdown has been closed due to the snowy weather conditions.

Deer close in looking for food!

With deep snow making the drive up to Dalesdown unpassable and honeybridge Lane dangerous at best, access to the site was considered unsafe and this has meant that the group booking for this weekend and also the one for midweek next week has had to be cancelled.

We pray for a break in the icy grip the weather has on our region!
