The Organisation

Family Foundations Trust Ltd is the charity responsible for overseeing all that goes on at Dalesdown and the Trust's children's work through 'Children Worldwide'. 

There is a board of 11 Trustees which represents a rich variety of talents and experience which makes sure that the trust is well lead and managed, through regular board meetings and several sub groups responsible for specific projects & areas of responsibility.

Dalesdown

Richard and Jo Jackson will be starting in the Summer of this year as Resident Centre Managers.  We're excited about what they will bring to Dalesdown and look forward to their arrival.

Bern and Wendy Downton are joint Wardens with Bern responsible for the excellent standards which our regular visitors have come to expect from the building and grounds here as well as finding all the fun toys & sweets for our gift shop!

Wendy is responsible for bookings and running the 'household' and is available to help make your arangements run as smoothly as possible.

Faith & Sue are our two housekeepers and they make sure the Centre is always looking spic and span.  As one child put it on arrival, "I didn't even find one bit of fluff in my room!"

And last but certainly not least we have a team of volunteers who come in regularly to support the work that we do here.  We have a dedicated maintenance team who come in every week to help Bern maintain the site to a very high standard and provide a lot of fun when they come in every Wednesday.  Also volunteering is Eileen who comes in every week to support the office work and just loves all those jobs we all love to hate. 

 Children Worldwide

Also based at Dalesdown is the Trust's children's work wing 'Children Worldwide', with over 60 workers based throughout the UK and beyond.  Children Worldwide are involved in leading children's programmes through Whizz Kids at major national Christian events as well as camps, holidays clubs, schools work, church weekends, training events, networking, training and so much more at Dalesdown and beyond.  To find out more about Children Worldwide why not visit their website: www.childrenworldwide.co.uk
