An informal and supportive event for local children's and youth leaders to get together.

Come and take time out of the busy-ness of children's ministry to connect with other local children's and youth leaders. This is an opportunity to build relationships, share ideas and resources, support and encourage each other through networking and prayer, all set in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings of Dalesdown.

 

Refreshments of tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.

Come and spend time with God in the peaceful setting of Dalesdown. 

 

Step away from the everyday and find renewal in a relaxing, contemplative and prayerful environment. Bring your own arts or crafts for quiet reflection, explore the prayer labyrinth and grounds, enjoy countryside walks or South Downs views, and engage with optional prayer stations. Come for an hour or two or stay all day. Tea and coffee provided; bring lunch if staying.

This event will look at how the fall of mankind affected all our lives and God’s heart to heal and restore us through Jesus Christ. 

 

The day will incorporate a mixture of teaching, worship, reflection and fellowship time, with an opportunity for prayer ministry.

Since we are made in the image of our Creator God, we all have a creative streak in us. Expressing our creativity can have a healing impact, allowing God to work while our hands and minds engage with being creative. 

 

There will be a variety of arts & craft activities to have a go at – or bring your own project to work on.

This is an opportunity for refreshment, personal reflection, prayer and worship, fellowship, as well as a chance to build relationships, share ideas and resources and support and encourage each other, all set in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings of Dalesdown.
